Your doctor said you’re fine. You know you’re not.

Alternity is for those whose performance has started to slip — and who want the actual cause found, the function restored, and a physician who stays ahead of it with them for the next decade.

The problem

You’ve spent your life able to count on your body and your mind. Lately something has changed — energy, recovery, sharpness, performance. Not a single alarm, but an accumulating signal you can no longer explain away as a bad week.

You took it to your doctor. The labs came back fine. You were told you’re fine.

But you don’t feel fine. And “fine” is not an answer — it’s the end of the conversation, right when you needed it to start.

The arc

Diagnose Restore Sustain

01

Diagnose

We find the actual mechanism — why this is happening in your specific biology, not a label and not “it’s just age.” Real diagnostic work that produces a real answer, read by the physician who will treat you.

How we work

02

Restore

We rebuild the function you’ve lost and get you back to the version of yourself you recognize and rely on. This is the present problem, solved — before we talk about preventing the next one.

03

Sustain

This isn’t the first step of an inevitable slide. You leave with a system and a partner to stay ahead of it — year after year, for the next decade.

The physician

At Alternity, one physician runs the whole arc. The same board-certified physician who reads your data is the one who designs your protocol and steers your long-term plan — not a clinician team, not a triage layer.

Desmond Ebanks, MD

Founder and Medical Director

Board-certified Internal Medicine specialist, with nearly four decades of clinical experience across Internal, Age Management, and Longevity Medicine. He earned undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University, graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Harlem Hospital — a Columbia University affiliate — and SUNY-Downstate Medical Center.

Before founding Alternity, he served as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College and Adjunct Clinical Professor of Medicine at Cornell University School of Medicine. He completed Physician Training in Age Management Medicine through the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation and the Foundation for Care Management, and trained in Mind-Body Medicine at the Mind-Body Institute of Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

The man who reads your data is the man who knows your name.

The membership

This only works at a deliberately small scale. A membership kept limited on purpose is the difference between being known and being processed — and it’s something the large operators structurally cannot offer.

Tell us how to reach you.

Our practice manager — a registered nurse — will follow up personally to understand what’s prompting your inquiry and whether Alternity is the right fit. No menu of services, no sales pitch.

A registered nurse — our practice manager — reads every inquiry and follows up personally. Your note is private; we don’t sell or share it.
